Can anyone shed some light on what they do in terms of training, mileage, etc.?
Obviously four weeks of altitude during the summer is very significant. But there has to be a lot more to it than that. And what does "speed all year round" actually mean?
Even if they do recruit (actively or passively), they aren't getting this level and depth of results just because of who shows up at school.
Surf the web and you’. find done of their training videos, you’ll also find some Great Oak stuff and that will answer your question.
Do you think finding a video of a workout tells you how they train ? Those are just played up for MIlesplit, flotrack, Runnerspace, etc. We have no clue what the weeks, months, year looks like. It definitely does not answer the question "what they do in terms of training, mileage, etc.?

I'm thinking a lot of people want to know or be interested.
