Brand new house
No wonder people from NY and CA are flocking here
Mass relocation across the U.S. is only just beginning
Toured it yesterday, so I can confirm it looks exactly like the photos

You are right about mass relocation happening. Housing is outrageous in California. People are generally choosing Texas to flock to. Houston and Austin in particular. Florida could be another option due to loose restrictions on covid19 right now. People are also moving out of areas where the police is being defended as more crime is being committed there.

What were you trying to say?
Dumb as dirt.
It would be interesting if a group of really smart people isolated ten prospective areas to build a new city and then the thought of moving to one started going viral. Before long every corporation and investor wants in, every tom dick and harry is on their way.

And here is the annual weather in jaminville. (jamin is lowercase because it is actually 'jamin which is short for Benjamin).
Anyhow, here is the weather! AC running all day long for four months straight. Peak electricity rates during the day! Oh, and rattlesnakes to keep out of the yard and house. Add cost for an electric fence.

So you are moving here? If you are not and you are staying in Seattle instead you are a hypocrite.
Going form overcast, moist, dreary weather, where he can run most days, to a city where the temps are 30-degree hotter, sunburns are constant, and he can only run in the dead of night.
Just bought a house in AZ with a pool and mountain view.

When are jamin and you moving in?
The water bill to grow that grass is probably pretty high.
Just leave it desert all around and forget the pool. It will just evaporate anyway, before which poisonous snakes and scorpions will come to drink out of it.
Have you got the vaccine yet?

I have. Have you?
Interestingly, in AZ, People Vaccinated with at least One Dose: 41.91%
That's pretty good!
When are you getting the jab, jamin?

Excellent, now all you have to do is steal $900,000.
So glad everyone is leaving California, let's keep this trend going. How do we get them to leave faster?

Apple tends to hire smarter, more progressive, non-knuckle dragging types. They can stay!
It looks absolutely beautiful.
Did you make an offer?
But who wants to live in Phoenix, that's basically where Scottsdale is?
Wow looks great! I live in a $900,000 home in Canberra Australia and it is not as nice as this but virtually no crime, common sense gun laws. We have 5 bedrooms, a bali hut and live 200m from nature reserve. I do like the way this house looks though.
Um I think I will stay in Australia.
