I’m not going to convince you because you are an idiot. I could throw you 100s of articles and you’d just say Fake News. The ironic thing is you are a wimpy little baby when it comes to a vaccine.
I take it you cannot name all these hospitals that you claim are overwhelmed with Covid patients?
This wear a mask BS makes as much sense as when they had us practicing hiding under our desks in the 1960s in case of nuclear attack.
Hell, the Covid Believers probably still think that was a worthwhile exercise. The elites would never lie to us after all
I don’t feel like doing a survey of my friends to satisfy an internet troll.

It’s about 9.5% (31.5M). And given I know, via work and family, several hundred people, and not one (that I know of) has had Covid, I find this number highly suspect.
Oh, and did you know FEMA is paying families $9k for funeral expenses if “Covid related”? I’m sure that’s not influencing these numbers.
The 30 million plus Americans have had Covid (@ 9.5%) is impossible based on my experience. I know hundreds of folks and one has had Covid. Based on my actual data and applying basic probability/statistics, there is no chance on Hades that many Americans have had Covid.
Did you ever think that maybe all these people you know don't really like you and therefore don't tell you anything?
Cause I triple dog dare you to

So you think the overflowed hospital systems around the country was made up as part of some vast conspiracy?
What overflows? Have you been to any hospitals? No overflows. Just more fear mongering
To The Unkle: I wish you could delete your posts. Especially this one. What you say is disrespectful to all the medical personnel, first responders, nurses and grieving family members. My wife, my sister, and my niece work in hospitals and have treated Covid patients. You don't understand the mental toll of seeing multiple deaths over multiple months and how it affects a person. Please don't post about this topic until you educate yourself.

If I were on the fence about whether or not to get the vaccine, hearing brain-dead crap like this would persuade me that getting the jab must assuredly be the intelligent thing to do.
Get one shot of Pfizer. Side effects for the first dose are very minimal, it still gives > 80% protection, and contains less mRNA than Moderna if you’re concerned about that. Obviously two doses are recommended but data from the U.K. shows stretching it out to ~3 months is still effective and buys you time if you want to hold off on second dose for now.
We’ll all be better off if vaccine-hesitate people get one shot rather than no shot at all!
Got already my second vaccin a month ago (Astrazeneca). No side effect so far.

Should I assume, from the poor grammar and spelling, that you are making a joke?
You don’t get vaccinated to protect yourself, you get vaccinated because when everyone is vaccinated pandemic = over.
To everyone in this thread: Unkle is a known troll. It's best to just never respond to what they say. Even a few people ignoring their vapid blatherings is enough for them to leave a thread.
It is NOT the trumpet vaccine. It is the Trump pandemic. Take it to protect your community. You may be fine after exposure to SARS 2, but it would be sad if you, unknowingly, made someone sick. There are many for whom the vaccine is not an option...immunocomprised folks, whether post transplant or on meds for various diseases...think how choices we each make affect our communities. That is why my adult children got their shots. Not 1 person I know had any adverse reaction. I was tired the next day, but I think it was due to no sleep night prior to injection. Haha. Best wishes.
Friend, her daughter, grandson in dorm, granddaughter...all sick. My peers have been working nonstop for a year. A coworker, from yrs ago, husband on vent 2 months, then to rehab 3 months, finally home. So sad as they had just retired in 2019. My old college roommate has a brother on chemo off and on for a year. She retired because he lives with her and she is an RN. I worked during many health scares. AIDS was very frightening in the 80s as I was on IV staff. TB patients on ward in late 60s...H1N1, SARS 1...Bird Fever, Mad Cow damn, we in healthcare are routinely exposed to many diseases. Flesh eating bacteria Staph. OMG so go work in an acute care hospital, then get back to post after you wash and clean and draw blood...

I'm surprised that no one has commented on this article. It's quite a bombshell of smoking guns. I'm just bumping it to the top so more people can read it.
By point 5 I gave up.
The first 3 points are fearmongering about vaccine adverse events from decades ago and details struggles with coronavirus vaccines and mRNA that we have learned from! This is like saying. I won’t fly in a plane because in 1899 all attempts fail and killed their inventors.
Then they make big errors with basic facts:
The mRNA vaccines have been shown to prevent asymptomatic infection and therefore transmission.
The “suspected but unconfirmed cases” BS is basically people who had symptoms of COVID but got a negative PCR test. If you have a cough after the vaccine but test negative. The Alex Berenson takedown in the Atlantic explains this kind of hopefully misinterpretation by vaccine fearmongers.
It just gets worse from there — not to mention it’s a month old and that’s like a decade in COVID time.
Anyway there are no “bombshells” except for standard vaccine denier-fearmonger talking points built on ignorance and/or lies.
ROFL it gets so much worse. The dude cites the 6% meme and claims COVID deaths are over reported.
I’m glad this guy doesn’t post on letsrun. We’ve run off people with much stronger arguments than him.
Classic denier-fearmonger.
Denies COVID then fearmongers the vaccines that will get us back to normal. Some people just enjoy seeing others suffer as long as possible. Prolong COVID to sell a few ads on his website.

Doesn’t eliminate asymptomatic transmission, but probably reduces it by 90 % or more.
It doesn't eliminate the risk of asymptomatic transmission because there never was a risk of asymptomatic transmission. Ever, and don't turn the corner are start ranting about presymptomatic transmission as it is nowhere near the same concept. Fools.
To the OP, if you are worried about the mRNA vaccines long term, you can always wait to take something else or demand the J&J vaccine be returned to the market from the NYT/CDC finaicial hit job on J&J. Personally I don't like the J&J vaccine, but the pause was a political hit piece by the NYT and CDC and J&J should sue the crap out of both. There will be a continued effort to stall or shut down all non-mRNA vaccines over the next 6 months. One should be asking why they want everyone on the mRNA when they are saying the immunity is brief and there were so many normal vaccines near ready to go. Something is not right.
