I'm 5-11 and I have no problem dunking with one or two hands. I can also kick a soccer ball and football really well. I have no issues from hitting field goals from 55+ yards and this past season about 70% of my kickoffs were into the endzone, so I'm considering football in college. All of this leads me to believe that I have fairly good fast twitch muscles.
So why are my 100m (12.8) and 200m (26.0) times really poor in track?
Can someone explain?
