I've run 8:30 for 3k and 30:25 for 10k what can I run for 5k? Mileage has been 68-75, workouts are mostly strength based. Would appreciate predictions!

I think you're 10k time is better so I'm going by that. Someone running an 830 3k would be 1445-1525.
14:41
can you run both those times right now? if so 14:32-14:39
14:25 - 14:35
I was gonna say in old technology, sub-14:40... maybe in the new shoes you approach sub-14:35.
14:27
Not saying you will any given day, but you can.
+1
I'll have to agree with this. I know a guy with 8:37 3k that runs 14:46 5k
So for you, I'd say on a good day with competition sub 14:30 +/- 5seconds
An 8:30 3k person should be way faster than 15:25. I would say 14:35-14:45 given the 10k time.

Just plug those babies into a couple pace converters and see what you get. Take the average of the two. Then go find a competitive 5k (good luck in these times of rare race opportunities) and see what you get.
kid loves running
I’d say 14:30 +- 5s
Both times are pretty equal
In my experience 14.30s is a little too optimistic, 14.40s more likely, 14.50s would be underperforming

Also this is wrong - 8:30 is worth a 14:34 (both distances outdoors) per IAAF tables
Anecdotally, I ran 14:40 before running 8:30
I have the same pr’s and I ran 14:36 for 5k.
Agree with others that the 10000 time is better. Is your 3000 an older PR? Or you're just naturally much better as the race gets longer? If those are both recent PRs then I'd say 14:40. If the 3000 is older then you can probably run faster there, in which case you might actually be closer to 14:30 shape.
8:30 3k, was a flat indoor track off three weeks of training. 30:25 was off eight weeks (5 weeks later).
