Been a while since I went on this hellsite. Anyways, I'm looking for general critiques of this workout + any idea of what shape I might be in. Every 600 was either 1:48 or 1:49, so I was pretty even throughout. The last one was difficult, but I had one more in the tank if I had to go all out. I took the 200s with a lot of rest, but they were just to get the legs moving.
I did a 1mi time trial two weeks ago in 4:57 (75, 77, 75, 70), when I was expecting to run more like 5:10-5:15. I'd only done one workout (7x400 in 81 at a slight incline) at that point, so you can imagine I'm a little lost with regard to my current fitness. My guess is that I could maybe crack 4:50 if I'm lucky?
