At my last meet, I ran 4:50 and 10:29. Today, I did 4 800s with a 6 minute send-off. I hit 2:27 on each one except the last rep, where I hit 2:37, but I think I could have gotten 2:32-2:34 if I had concentrated. The day prior to this, I did a 4 mile run, and my last 3 miles were just under 6 minute pace. Is it possible to go sub 10 before my big meet? I have about two weeks.
