I agree. I don't know if I worded it well enough, but I want to be clear that I wasn't diminishing anyone. I think Barkley's is insane and just a huge amount of suffering that involves a skill set all of it's own. I can run a much faster 10k than Gary, but I wouldn't make it one loop at Barkley's. My point was simply that it isn't a running event, so Jamil finishing 4 loops is not by itself an indication of his running ability. More shows he has a capacity to suffer.
