Not as bad as 2012. I mean they gave everyone the option to defer. Temps in the high 90s. It was brutal. There were far more than 2500 that were treated that year. A lot didn’t even finish either.

low 40s/high 30s with rain and wind.
Humidity and heat.
Cold rains and winds suck, but usually quick weather hits.
Humidity feels like it stays in the air for weeks without escape.
The way I've always thought of it:
Raining? It feels unpleasant and is an inconvenience but doesn't really impact the run
Windy? Adjust your pace accordingly
Cold? Wear more layers
Dark? Stick to lit up areas
Hot? Suffer through an unenjoyably difficult run while salty sweat gets in your eyes and blinds you
In other words I think heat is definitely the worst condition.
Whatever weather you are experiencing at the time.
Can deal with freezing rain to a point. But it’s the icy roads that will make any run impossible.

You should get some spikes my friend! With microspikes, I've run on solid ice. Yaktraks more for icy roads.
Heat seems the most deadly running condition, so I have to go with that as worst.

Soft.
Anything colder than -30, nothing worse than wearing 10lb of layers to stay warm with no skin exposed to cold air to avoid frostbite. Face mask iced up and chafes face. My eyeballs feel cold in those conditions, every step is awful.
Ok, fair, but so few people have experienced -30. It's probably like the number of people who have seen 115. Which would also not be good.

Traction for running flats works fine in packed snow but it’s not that helpful on black ice. Doesn’t really grip.
