If we want to talk about falling apart...Dudek just imploded. This is a tough course. A lot of runners faded over the last 1-2k.

NC State's team score went from 96-161 in the final 1k
Most carnage I've ever seen in a final straight away. Dozens of girls nearly collapsing or barely able to take another step 10-50m out from the finish line.
Men's race will be very interesting, I anticipate big score changes in the last 2k
KT getting All-American after being out for months. Great job! Amazing runs by Steelman and Chmiel. What happened to Stanford?
Damn who is Taylor Roe
BYU looked great!

Byu ended up winning comfortably. Surprised when Orton droppped so much at end.
I’d like to see what happened last k to nc state
Tuohy lost maybe 10 places, Clairemonte and whoever their 5th at 5K was also faded.
But I saw nothing on the track from Tuohy that said she could do even that well.
Tuohy cannot be near peak, but heck of a race. She is a gamer. Imagine if she had no training disruption and some XC races under her belt this season. And Chimel. That shows the progression.
What's up with Mike SMith's "accent"? I s he faking that ? Where is he from?
I feel like he's ting to make the guys worship him as a guru.

She ran with Orton till last 400 in the Fall
That girl is as tough as nails.
She must have injured herself...no way she would be that far back. Also didn't see Hart for Michigan

This is a disgustingly hard X-country course - always has been. Turf or no new turf. I guess the rain over the past few days didn't help.
Props to Tuohy - first freshman in, and an excellent run back [from injury] on a very tough course. She did better than most of us thought.
The second girl in was a surprise - OK state's Roe - only a sophomore? Pity OK state lost their top mid-long runner when Sinclaire Johnson went pro as a Sophomore last year.
It's a tough course used to be tougher. The "improvements" have made it easier and more like rolling golf course.
There really wasn't much rain the past few days.
Really glad to see Tuohy do well. NC State's Clairmonte did well considering that she is still recovering somewhat. Even if the Wolfpack had Henes it have been enough to overcome BYU.

Shaw who ran faster at 3,000 than Touhy was 79th I think
Great to see for Chmiel and Steelman. Props to Tuohy...that was a heck of a race for her. Clairmonte was well back...but was coming off of months of not running.
I think NC State ran a little too aggressively, but you have to give them credit in going for it.
I heard chase easterling is going to vlog mid-race
Dudek looked horrible from the start.

6K also feels like it's super long for her. She's gotta be an 800 meter runner in the future.
Tuohy is an insane competitor, 24th at nationals in her first XC race of college. Excited to see what she can do next year when she has XC races under her belt not 2 3ks and 2 1200s of the DMR
Even if Dudek wins, but BYU would still beat Stanford
