Primarily? Yeah. I only really check the times if it's a time trial set up in a low-stakes race with the stated intention of hitting standards. But I hardly ever look at results from that kind of race unless I'm in it. It kind of stops being sport to me when participants aren't really trying to race. That's probably a big part of why Yuki & Desi's Boston wins were so compelling and resonated with so many, not just me. Or why so many more tune in to see the OT and Oly games, where top three is the major aim of every entrant and time is of a tertiary concern.
