I think your name is a misnomer once again, Conservative Strawman Tactic. You can use the search function to find the usual liberals/SJWs saying "Wuhan virus" or "China virus" are racist terms, and certainly the mainstream media was saying that as well. So, there's no strawman there at all.
And it's not unreasonable to wonder how you people arrive at such conclusions, when other things -- e.g., "Brazilian variant" -- don't seem to bother you. Obviously a lot of it is media driven with you people. But that wouldn't explain all of it.
Yes! “Everything English is considered bad” is an accurate reflection of a leftist platform and not a straw man at all! Hyperbole makes us strong!
As you noted, that was hyperbole. It wasn't strawman. There is a difference. If your name was Conservative Hyperbole Spotter, you'd be consistent. But your name is Conservative Strawman Tactic.
In any case, the clear point the OP made and I also noted remains, and YOU - Conservative Strawman Tactic - don't seem to want to address it with respect to "Brazilian variant" "South African variant" OR "U.K. variant." Maybe that one guy, Liberal Deflection Tactic, will confirm that assessment of your posting.
