I am looking to put together a workout of the week for my club as part of a tribute to Jesse Owens, and I am looking to see if there are any workouts that he would have participated in or used in his training cycles that we could adapt. I tried looking up anything about coach Larry Snyder and his training philosophy but other than him having strong opinions about crowding the starting line I haven't been able to find much. Does anyone have any ideas on a workout that Owens would have used and/or can you point me in the direction of some resources? I am a bit at a loss. Thanks.
