I'm starting to think I've reached, (or am very close to), my peak running speed - barring an uncontrolled sprint. I'm not fast by LetsRun standards, as I'm running around 3:30/km for 400 or 600 intervals, with a 5K PR of 18:44.
I run about 40 miles a week, and I understand that upping that would help in terms of being able to hold that pace for longer. But for actual speed, is it possible that I've just reached my peak?
