Maybe I just don't get running shoes. I see loads of reviews that talk about a particular shoe being good for everyday use, but not for tempo runs or speed work. Apparently you should have a different shoe for those. And then there's shoes for your races. Different ones depending on the distance of course.
Do shoes really make that much of difference. I just think if they're comfortable enough, then away you go.
