Biden’s statement doesn’t sound like anything I ever agreed with - it’s clear hyperbole.
To be clear, it’s obvious that conservatives work hard at suppressing the black vote. They just aren’t working as hard at it now as they did during Jim Crow.
I thought you conservatives were pro oil. You should be happy.
This is a logical thing to do as we aren't getting that cheap Saudi Oil.
The problem with the green movement is that scammers have taken it over with stupid ideas like bio fuel or other types of green energy that need oil to power them.
Do you still agree with Joe Biden's claim that Georgia's voting system is Jim Crow on steroids?

In what way are they working hard at suppressing the black vote in Georgia? I asked that a couple days ago and didn't get a response.

Liberals are working hard at suppressing the Christian vote. Just not as hard as they did during The Great Purges.
Look, the racist post is back from holiday. Nice to see LRC allowing someone with dozens of real racist post to keep posting on LRC. No three strikes rule of this racist troll.
Do you think Kellyanne is flipping on the Cheeto colored man-baby? I had always heard that when the GOP had no use for Trump they would turn hard against him. But those predictions never played out yet.
also some Republicans are on Twitter today denouncing Trumps dinner de Nazi but not him by name.
I ask because this is the first time I’ve ever seen BLM riot/loot denier used as a term, whereas Holocaust denial has a long history which you are apparently not very knowledgeable of, otherwise you might be able to track a simple metaphor that uses it’s common terms, phrases, and theories.
I wouldn’t say that I’ve attempted to minimize any facts. I’ve not tried to argue that millions of dollars of property damage were actually thousands of dollars or anything like that. I believe that the positive effects of the protests greatly outweigh the negative effects. Study after study shows that they were 90% or more (usually high 90s) peaceful protests, yet you categorize them only as riots, and you think I’m the one distorting facts. Silly
I agree that I am not knowledgeable of Holocaust denying, other than I've seen a few people over the years deny the Holocaust happened. But as far as the arguments for Holocaust denial, I'm pretty much in the dark, and not interested enough in them to look it up.
I know a lot more about BLM-riot denial and the specious, flawed, illogical and bulverized arguments that you BLM-riot deniers toss around.
Captain Bogie
I don’t think you know much about anything. Other than some neat vocab words, maybe.
Here’s a question. Do you think that a person who is part of a group can advocate for stances or policies that would adversely affect the group they are apart of? Can a woman advocate for policy that hurts women? Can a black person advocate for policy that harms black people? We could agree that Kanye can’t be considered a white supremacist, but is it not possible that he could promote white supremacy? And what’s the difference between being something and promoting something? Semantic denial to trick silly people, maybe? I don’t know why I’m asking you because again, I don’t think you know much about anything and definitely not race issues, so feel free to respond with some gobbledygook so we can end this little back and forth.

In what way are they working hard at suppressing the black vote in Georgia? I asked that a couple days ago and didn't get a response.
here's some reading for you. Seems to be a combination of voter purges, ID requirements, long lines in black areas, gerrymandering, etc. The usual.
Now you can go and pick one thing that you disagree with so you can toss out the overall truth that conservatives in america try to suppress the black vote.
Fun game, 'loper. Hope you are proud of your efforts.
Georgia is one of 18 states that requires a voter to show photo ID to cast a ballot. Voters must also pay postage to both request and send mail-in ballots.

* Voter ID. Only white progressives disagree with voter ID, 80% of the country is fine with it.
* Purging the voter rolls is done to remove voters who moved away or died. Those whose registration was purged (because they didn't vote in over 10 years) can still cast a provisional ballot.
* Number of polling places are controlled local governments so if there are long lines in a heavily Democrat area it's due to the local Democrat governance. Georgia's recent voting bill gives the state more control to add precincts or voting machines.
* Water bottles can be distributed by poll workers contrary to popular belief, just not by randos who may be campaign workers (same law exists in NY, Delaware, etc).
* Signature matching... yeah, if you vote by mail, the signatures should match. "In 2019, Kemp signed legislation that reined in the scrutiny." Why did he do that if he was suppressing the vote?

do American conservatives enact rules meant to suppress the black vote?

You get really weird and illogical on issues concerning race. You become the stereotyped woke liberal.

I’ve witnessed a lot of racism in my life. It’s literally acceptable on this website to call an entire race of people less intelligent. Maybe you’re just not very observant.

No... Certainly not at present. You have yet to post one I didn't debunk.
Lib media searched far and wide for an example of voter suppression in 2022. Did they come up with anything?

Everyone has seen or experienced racism. I don't know what that has to do with anything we're discussing. If you witnessing racism formed your illogical views on race issues, then it's something you need to work on.
A problem: Trump’s dinner with a Holocaust-denying white supremacist. A bigger problem: GOP silence after Trump’s dinner with a Holocaust-denying white supremacist. A way, way bigger problem: GOP base voters are ok with Trump’s dinner with a Holocaust-denying white supremacist.
President Biden met with at least 14 of his son's business associates from the U.S., Mexico, Ukraine, China and Kazakhstan while he was vice president in the Obama White House.
now I know you don't take this particular debate very seriously.
but your faith in white southerners is...charming, yes. Sweet even.
How am I not taking this seriously? I've literally posted counter-arguments to everything you've posted. Do you have any response to them?
you just said that you have seen no evidence of white conservatives working to suppress the black vote. To me that means you are not coming from a place of good faith but rather from a place of 'let's yell at each other for a while.' Not interested.

How else am I supposed to respond? I was being patient and giving you several chances to make your case. My actual opinion is Joe Biden called it Jim Crow on steroids because he is a lying demogoguic idiot trying to distract from his other failures at the time. Record midterm turnout is further evidence he was full of sh!t, as he often is.
