Viagra would not aid running. Probably would be very beneficial for pole vaulting.
Use mildronate, much better and succinic acid-this is if artificial (found in raisins- it is natural).

I think flexibility is good when running, not sure Viagra gives that? And I prefer the blood is used where it is needed depending on the chosen activity. Not sure it is totally safe when jumping hurdles?
Vasodilator - and pro cyclists had used it for many years. Not sure whether sildenafil citrate is on the WADA list though. Definitely recommend to check it. Apparently, it also helps with jet lag.
I wonder if it improves oxygenation as it is also used as a treatment for pulmonary hypertension.
Probably would tend to stiffen you up.

Besides the benefit of a close finish, as noted above, it is also helpful at the starting corral as you tend to have more space to yourself.
Why would a vasodilator lead to faster running?
I dont know if it would make you run faster but it sure would make you run harder...
