Good for her. Bad fit.
Agree
Jerry’s training didn't fit to her
I'm a big Kate Grace fan and hope she finds success in a new program. I wonder if she will focus on the 1500 or the 800 for the Olympic year?
Is she going back home to Hollywood?

Hope the best for you in the future Kate .
She needs some of that Tinman Training
Will still follow Kate on IG. Don't care about BTC
She just needs to keep the ball rolling in Boulder bro!

She needs a lot more speed work and less mileage whether she chooses to focus on the 800m or the 1500m. Shorter faster reps.
Some weights wouldn’t go amiss either. BTC seem to skimp on those for less beneficial things. Probably explains their high injury rate in conjunction with high mileage.

Yup. BTC works for people who want their main fitness driver to be solid mileage. She needs more of that old school 800/1500 training.
If she wasn't with Nike I'd say Brooks Beasts. Maybe back to Gags at NJNY though not sure how safe of an option that is for anyone these days. Maybe Empire Elite with Nohilly and Trautmann. Maybe Golden Coast with Terrence Mahon.
Maybe team Boss ? Mileage oriented group but she would have great training partners

Of course she does. Kate had a moment but it has long since passed.
She will end up with NOP for the final months of her time wearing Nike.

This is going to sound crazy, but you don't have to choose.
Huge Kate Grace fan. I wish her the best wherever she ends up. If I remember correctly, before BTC she was with a very small group? Maybe that suits her better...

My girlfriend works at the gym they use in the summer in park city. They’re in there at least twice a week if not 3 times. Definitely do weights and focused gym work.
Pete Julian group possibly. Could train with Koko, Hull, and Rodgers

You should say that Jerry's training was just not good.
