My team and I always see Chelimo on his own around The Springs on the track or trails. He is never with army guys. I’d say the last year and a half he has been in Kenya or when he is in Colorado he is training on his own.

Reach out to him and ask. We all want the specifics. Dan B coached him until a month before 2016 Olympic trials, then Simmons took over. 2016 and 2017 was best years then downhill. Outside perspective we could see the training his was doing wasn’t working after 2017.
Chelimo is really talented, but he doesnt race smart. He goes out too hard, hes erratic in his pacing and he makes silly mistakes during the races.
