This xc season I ran a 5 mile tempo at 5:48 pace, a 4x1200 at 3:50(roads with tight turns with 2 minutes standing rest and 1 minute jogging), and 8x800 at 2:35 with 2:30 rest standing. I ran all these workouts in a similar timeframe before a fluke injury. I run usually 3 workouts or 2 workouts and a race per week and run about 40 miles per week. I’m a 15 y/o sophomore. How fast could I run a 2 mile in the shape I was in?
