Been injured for a long time. So had to take like 2 months completely off. I have been back running for about 6 weeks now. Just finished my first competition back from corona lockdown. Happy with how I did in steeplechase but not happy with 3k. For 2k steeplechase, my pace per km was actually faster than the 3k for some reason.
I came last in the NSW All schools 3k and got lapped my Imogen Stewart and some other girls. Got 11:52 which is a time I was really disappointed with. The weather was really hot and sunny which didn't help things. In conclusion, I'm doing crap. ( For anyone here wondering)
