I am a big Netflix junkie--and the most unrealistic show they have (although most are pretty good) is Emily in Paris. I have friends in France who HATED IT and after watching it I understand why.
1) The lead character is shown running at the start and it has her doing 5.3 miles in 41 minutes (sub-8 pace). She doesn't look like she has XC experience. While she doesn't look slow, doing 7:35 pace or better isn't that common for your average non-LRC runner.
2) She says she's from the sticks in Winnetka (a Chicago suburb). It's one of the wealthiest suburbs in America!
There's a whole host of others, but I saw the entire series with my fiance and even she thought it was overrated. It had great reviews at the start.

It’s just a tv show

Disagree, OP. I was actually struck by what a beautiful mover she was. Great biomechanics, very thin.
She’s very attractive, I would enjoy pleasuring her, and she’s Phil Collins’ daughter! -
Wait until you find out about Stranger things and Umbrella academy.

Just stick to the normal totally realistic Hollywood movies.

Yeah I was blown away by the pace at the start -- made me really empathize with the character. Great writing.

To non-runners that might not resonate but as a runner I was surprised the writers had her running that fast. If her character was a true runner, she'd be a 3:20 or better full, 1:35-1:40 half (not common for non-LRC runners).

I am not sure if this is another ad. There are so many of these days, all started by registered accounts.
I don't understand the problem. She is clearly a runner. The entire first season has her running 5+ miles every morning. Why would you call her a non-runner?
