Ok, this is going to sound really stupid probably, but for the past 3 months I have been doing a habitual process technique that successful people live by called hyper focus monk mode, basically it is when you develop a mindset in which you strive towards pain, stress in areas that benefit your life and being completely productive on each single habit that you do for the rest of your life. No more video games, no more junk food, no more habits that do not benefit you in any shape or form in your productivity of quality. Instead replacing these habits with things that you don't like to do like but end up in the end to be benefiting you to the point where your mind resets itself and have rebooted your brain.
There is either a do, or a no do. 130,000 thousand years ago there was no thinking whether you should get up grab your spear and trek in the ice cold mountains with bare minimum clothing, why because the brain was wired so ferociously to be in the state of mind that you are, the motivation then was "You die or or you live." Please bare with me because this gets very deep and philosophical but at that stage of life, suicide is actually what felt good at that time, but what stopped that drive was that the brain was wired to pass on genes and going anywhere out of that zone was considered non productive and bothersome in the brain.
Now within the last resents of the Holocene era, humans motivation is "you do your part in life or you don't",
by not doing are part is when we slack off and let are actions become slaves to are minds without even realizing that we spend countless amounts of days in are span of life staring at artificial screens, putting toxic chemicals into are body's, spending so much time just lying around like a vegetable only because we feel "tired". and missing out on opportunities of learning, adventure and success out of fear. And why is that? Why you may ask... Well it's because we are smart, but we are too smart for are own good, we are smart enough to realize hell with it I don't care I just want to be "happy " at the moment, this makes me "happy" so I'm fine. And that mindset is why we are devolving. Humans were never meant to be "happy". We were never meant to experience anything but to experience the gift of control of the environment around us. We define emotions, emotions don't define us.
The philosophy is that from the moment you were born is the moment when it was just that, an animal that had no developed societal tendencies that caused it to become weak in the mind.
Basically humans are the ones who came up with the idea of what mental strength is, but in reality there is no such thing as mental strong, why be mentally strong when you can be your natural self mentally.
The science behind this is that it rewires and reboots your brain completely from overriding dopamine receptors that inhibit growth of what we are meant to be as a homo sapient.
Guys some of you make get mad at this, some of you may not care, some of you may understand but still choose to live by societal norms. And that is completely fine because the world will shape itself in it's own way.
But to that 1% out there, that 1% who are seriously trying, but relapsed or struggling with staying strong,
just know we are out there.
Tips if your feeling unmotivated: you are doing it wrong if you are relying on motivation to push yourself, it comes from an inner drive that humans have but have lost over the last era,
Also, different people are different so once you start your journey of self preservation your mind will try to trick itself for you to relapse in the beginning stages. It may be a matter of 1 day to 1 year that it starts doing this, just remember to tell yourself there is a reason why you started.
We will all find an end in life,
It is up to us to find the meaning of life
