high mileage, xc focus, good trails.
he is very good at developing athletes. his personality is very quirky, but everyone likes the guy for that reason. he is a fun coach. his training is pretty simple, I think han solo has a post up of what they do.

I'm a former Duck. If you are a 5k/10k runner then UP is the best program in Oregon for you to improve. If you are a middle distance runner then the Ducks are better.
