Hi I'm in doubt if I run too much in zone 2? here is an example of an average week for me.
6:20 hours training / 83k
z1 22min
z2 4hours57min
z3 44 min
z4 15: 31min
z5 0 min.
when I run in zone 2 I run 4: 30min / per km. + -
unfortunately I feel very tired in the body all the time. this week I have run every day.
any input?
