Sara Hall going at it again. Makes sense I guess.
Why only one TME athlete, Chuck Lawrence, in this field??
Is that the actual entry list, or just a list of people who are theoretically qualified to run if they want?

The title literally says "accepted entries."
Hope there will be pacers because if there’s not I don’t see anyone running faster than 2:13.
This list is confusing.
I see names on there that are NOT running, and I don’t see names on there that ARE running.

Can't find any that you are referring to. Maybe you can enlighten us?

Not sure this answered the question. An 'accepted' list and a list of 'entries' are 2 different things. That's what the Captain was asking. A poster just above noticed strange absences and additions. Anyway, I'll weigh in and guess that this is NOT the list of people standing on the starting line. Again, I'm just guessing, but such a list is probably more than a month away from coming into existence.
well they entered 2 weeks ago and were notified 10 days later. How much do you think that list has changed in the last 48 hours? I do agree that some on the list may pull out later
As I do not represent the runners I refer to, I will defer and not list two that are running and three on the list that are not.
Looks like a good field. A great chance for sub-elite and top age groupers to show themselves.

Thank you. I was an accepted entry into NYC a few years back, but did not run it. They should have just said "entry list" and put down the people confirmed to do it.
Jim Walmsley was qualified, but not interested? Or not qualified? Or?

Not interested.
Again, at the time of the announcment those were the confirmed entries from the accepted athletes. Did someone change their mind in the past 24 hours? I guess it's possible.
The field probably hasn’t changed all that much. The race directors told us to tell them if we couldn’t race by 10am on Oct 13. So, it’s safe to assume this list is the people racing. Of course there will be a few who drop out between now and Dec, but in general this is the list.
Did anyone see somebody commenting on the instagram post announcing the women's field about farts? Wtf is that person going on about?
I did. He (or she?) had thoughts about many if the top females running and how their farts smell.
Hey, if that’s your thing, more power to ya.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
