Biden and Trump are both crooked, and anyone who is trying to defend either one is an idiot. "My p.o.s. is better than your p.o.s." They are both p.o.s.'s! Quit pretending that this country is anything but a corrupt sideshow. People who support either of these two aren't better people for doing so. You are just dupes. All of you.
This is probably closest to the truth, the reality is though Biden’s been in government for 47 years and has made a mint off of learning how to game the system. Clearly these are Hunters emails and clearly Joe helped enable Hunters wealth and resultant behavior. Trump is still just an amateur at corruption (he got impeached for asking for the investigation but he didn’t even make any cash from it!?!?!) He’s got some learning to do to parlay his political influence into $$$, but clearly his intent is to be as corrupt as Joe, so I’ll call it a draw.
Therefore the choice you have is to:
A) take the high road on corruption and either don’t vote at all or write in your spouses name....
B) Vote for Biden because you like the safety provided by lockdowns and masks, feel America needs to defend our interests abroad in fighting foreign wars, and you want American industry to be heavily regulated because industry is innately destructive especially relating to climate change. You also want your taxes increased because the money will be used to pay off student loans, and otherwise be allocated to green business projects which will eventually become self sustaining through Green jobs / Green industry and the eventual taxes they will pay should compensate for todays tax increase.
C) Vote for Trump and get big military spending at home and aggressive border control and immigration enforcement but an end of American influence through foreign wars abroad but greater peace in the Middle East. You also get lower taxes but no green projects and people need to pay for there own student loans. You believe new jobs can flow out of existing economic sectors and feel a less regulated Industry won’t be destructive and can police itself through common sense approaches. Market demand for green projects and any associated jobs will need to develop organically without government help, potentially delaying climate change response resulting in more wildfires that will now require moderately costly forest management techniques to be implemented, that have proven to correct the issue.
That’s my take on the differences between the two other than that really not much difference.
The whole race angle is red herring, because if Trump was “racist” of which there is limited evidence, there are in place solid legal and constitutional protections, along with Congressional checks and balances and states legislatures that would prevent the implementation of any meaningful racist policy even by a President.
