doing a half marathon TT this Saturday and planning on last workout today
last week I did 3x2 mile on the roads at 6:15 pace for all reps and 1/4 mile jog between. Felt good and held pace really well. terrain was flat with some small inclines and declines. course im doing TT at is flatter.
Was doing consistent 14-16 milers in the last two months and dropped down to doing a 10 miler this past weekend to keep it easy. mileage was around 50 and now its going to be closer to 35-40 last week and this week.
What should I do today to best prep for Saturday? my goal is to go out at 6:25/6:20 pace and then start to pick it up over the back half
