Holy crap. How big is Matt Ludwig? Looks huge to be doing pole vaulting. Seems twice the size of Duplantis or Lavillenie.

Was somewhat comical, but boy did Mallet look good. Hit two hurdles but 13.15 even with a celebration in the last 5 meters. He looked very smooth throughout.
Yeah that was a smooth run.
1:57.68 for kipyegon
strong race for a 1500m runner. Played it easy early, went around the outside; looked like she was in lane 2 or 3 just after the bell.
He really laid the lumber to the field. Looked like a triumph of pacing over racing.
Belocian got burned by a hurdles FS that was invisible. Good winning time though, 13:15, even with 2 hurdles down
Fun run by Cissé but tbh 200m times this year are very slow.
Alysia needs to call it quits
I am assuredly watching on NBC gold.
Kipyegon is in absurd form. She ran like what a 28-flat last 200 there to negative split a 1:57.64 800? 800/1500 double should definitely be on the table. If she went for time she could definitely run 1:56.

Portends well for Cheruiyot who in a few minutes is basically pulling the same move
Hamza Drioch 3:37? Ouch!!!

Cheruiyot ran his PB of 1:43 low in Kenya almost two years ago. He is here to run a new PB. So expect a 1:42 world lead. It is a matter of how low he can go.
If he does he should double up next year.
I've always thought cheruiyot was more of an 800/1500 guy, but he talks about moving up in distance eventually, if anything he should run the 800
looked quite flat, very slow first lap. Thought he was going to sweep by at the bell.
US fans, hows the announcing? I'm listening to the international feed.

Lol. 1:46.78. Slower than Jakob. Tim seems to be going backwards.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
