Wondering also. I would assume he ran fast but he was traveling a lot this week with his move. Lots of time in a cramped up in a car isn’t good for the legs

I do, that’s why I said bump @$$hole
His strava doesn't appear to be active since since September 3 perhaps he got a disappointing result and is taking a week off. Maybe he's just not in the mood.
Or he’s purposely not uploading so that he can put it in his video and people won’t know the results yet so it’s an actual surprise. That’s pretty obvious
He ran 4:02.4 for a full mile
Racing with just his friend; maybe in an actual race he would have been under 4?
Yeah, Julie Farley said Brooks controls all content for a full year so they had to edit and review before posting.

It seems so. Just needs some harder stuff like that in his legs. He’ll be 3:58 soon enough.
Talented. I think more work at faster pace. Arm mechanics; forearm low, more like a long distance runner. Shorten lever to create more drive.

61.1, 61.7, 60.4, 59.1. Pretty good result for a time trial with not many races I think.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
