I laughed really hard at this.

Guys, this guy is a genetic FREAK! He can do things the test of us can only dream of! He is a 1 in a billion special talent. He deadlifted half a ton!!! Why do you find it so farfetched that his talents would extend to stamina too?

I respect Eddie and enjoy his videos. He is usually self deprecating and funny. In this case I would like to see him do a track run to be sure. His buddy was supposedly doing close to 6 minute mile pace, while jogging backwards looking for Eddie etc.
I'm not saying that he can't do an impressive mile for his size, I just want to see it.
I'd like to see a fight between everyone here and Eddie. I wonder how many letsrunners you would need to make it fair
Well the guy cardio is pretty low so just outgas him in a fight, just don't let him punch you lol

You fanboys are amazing.
It is precisely BECAUSE he deadlifted half a ton, that it is farfetched that he would have the running stamina here claimed.
I have seen him swim, he doesn’t suck, it is really surprising. I am not saying that there is no way he could do this, but if he can, why do these guys always do some hokey bullcarp like running along some dyke or some road or trail? You have to ask yourself, why not on a track? Possibility because it’s b.s..
Now, it could work both ways—when I finally stepped onto a track, I actually ran faster than on the mill, and felt much better than on the verified road 5k that I used as my baseline. I am used to the track, and feel comfortable with it. He might actually do better, who knows.
But if you really want to measure your capability you have to do it on a track, all else is b.s..
He's dropped 60+ pounds from when he deadlifted 500kgs. He is currently training for a boxing match against Hafthor Bjornson (the Mountain from game of thrones). Hall is training 3+ hours a day and doing a lot of cardio.
The amount of stamina needed to run 7:40 pace isn't impressive. There's no reason for him to lie about the time. It was still failing for the test. He didn't brag about it.

He was UK champion as a youth, even weighing 3X as much now, he didn't totally lose it.
