Hunter gatherers focussed on getting as much meat as they could. Plants were back up food for when hunting was unsuccessful. Meat provides all the necessary vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and amino acids we require. Plants do not. Prior to supplementation, humans could not survive without animal products as it is our only way to source Vitamin B12.
In my last blood test everything was normal. An inflammatory marker C-Reactive Protein was tested and was 0.4, which is very low.
In theory the carnivore diet doesn't work. In practice, it does. Maybe our theories are bullshit.
