I saw you running today. You don't look injured. Several of us are keeping an eye on you. Think of it as having some guardian angels. We are all pulling for you. Please come out for the club team this year. We really want a celebrity on the team.

And that contradicted with advice from other people who say I run too little.
You can’t run injured. There’s are no shortcuts to running. Start with few miles, some quality and go from there. 90% of the suggestions were saying that.
BTW, even if you are just trolling there’s some value for people getting started with running
Except I had been running for numerous months already. I am not a beginner.

Carry on then, you clearly know what you are doing. Good luck
Come out for club. We have a great coach who will help you.

Dave already knows what’s best for him. Don’t bother him. He’s just blogging here
Other people literally said I ran too little, not too much.

Lol. Except your paces and insane questions say otherwise. Also it was impossible to listen to "everyones" advice as people were giving you advice from different schools of thought. You also rejected my advice of reading a book. You rejected my advice of going to your local store.

I improve more slowly than other people
Talent beats all. You need to run less because you are a nonresponder.

No.
You're too stubborn to learn about training so you just follow random advice which leads to a giant waste of time.

And it would be a bigger waste of time if I followed that guy's advice in reducing the number of days I run
Training only gets you injured. That is how it works for nonresponders. Run when you want. Training won't make you any faster.

you had no quality, at your level, you don't need just easy milage. You need some type of quality as well as shuffling is not running. 40 year old mothers groups can run intervals, yet you refused.
You crack me up. You think you're injured from a stress reaction which happens when you run too much. You probably put too much stress on your shins and ankles from having to turn every 2.5 seconds from running in your back yard. You probably have shin splints.
You've never had a coach look at your technique
You've never had a shoe fitting.
both of those can lead to injuries.

The pain has cleared up recently, so I think I am in the clear. I am doing the training you approved, which involves running 5 days per week and includes a long run and tempo run
says he'll take a break.
says he has tons of injuries.
they all disappear and he ends his break in less than 24 hours.
just go away, nobody wants to read your diary.
You are an incredible sad sack. Perhaps you need to find another avenue for exercise. Running doesn't work for you, and you don't even seem to understand it.
