My lower leg is in massive pain to the point that it is basically impossible for me to run at all without being in extreme pain. I am going to see a doctor to get a MRI to see what is going on in the next couple of weeks.

Take your time to heal. One week, One month, maybe one year.
Don't post before that.

Better be safe than sorry.
Bye. See you in a year.

Right leg on my lower tibia. There is a sharp pain right in the center of the lower tibia.

Sorry to hear that. I hope you can get this evaluated and managed properly so you can get back to running again asap. I'll tell you that the key to proper management is not just the diagnosis and the healing, but also finding out the CAUSE of the problem and addressing it (for example, a weak muscle group, overly inflexible joint, misalignments, etc) so that you are less likely to get injured again. Typically this involves working with a very knowledgeable P.T. or Chiro. Good luck!

Sorry dude, I'm sure it will get better. In the grand scheme of things (I've been running since age 12 or so, technically over 20 years) I've dealt with at least 5 injuries that have kept me out for varying periods of time. Adding them all up, I haven't been able to run for about maybe 2 years out of 20+ years. So if you look at that as a sample size, (granted everyone is different), you should expect to be running over 90% of the time and only injured very seldom.
And this is why you should have read a book on training.
This is why you should have gotten a fitting done at a store.
This is why you should have had a coach look at your stride.

Why do any of those things when he can train the david45 way? Using the david45 way is more important than success.

I did listen to the advice everyone gave here
Will your mom drive you to a doctor to get checked out or, will you rely on Internet advice and faith healing to get well?

At this point, I seriously want to quit running. I keep getting shin splints and achilles problem all the time even though I do exercises like calf raises all the time.

Why would you waste money going to the doctor? You're just going to be told to rest and take an OTC pain reliever if necessary.
1. Get better shoes - like trainers like the nike pegasus, adizero boston, new balance 890, asics kanyano, saucony kinvara, new balance 1500, adizero adios, etc. Go to a running store and try some of these on and ask the employees there to help you pick out a pair of light trainers.
2. Run on the road and trails - not your backyard, not sidewalks
3. Stop monitoring your heart rate, stop tracking your pace. Just run for time and check distance after. I suggest your slow pace is causing you to exert pressure on your shins and lower legs via braking to keep yourself so slow. 10-11 min pace is almost walking, barely breaking into jogging.
