I PRd by 20 seconds in the middle of my highest mileage cycle ever (Usually I run 70 - 90 w/ a couple 100s thrown in, but I've averaged 100+ for 2 months and ran it in my down week of 90). My 400 PR is 55, but I usually only run 57-58 in a 4x4. The whole race was also a negative split (w/ 8 76s in a row before a 74 and 59). My old 8k PR from last year is 27:20, any guesses on what shape I'm in for XC this season (if we had one) or my track 5k (like the time trial)?
