Coming from a hot climate as well you will have to slow down. I'm conditioned to it so it dosent bother me like others. But drink lots of water and eat a ton. I do mean a ton. Have your salt. Can't never get enough of that.

Not sure I understand the "eat a ton"? You mean during the run? Before? After? And for what purpose? We still have a good 2 months left of this oppressive stuff so I'm receptive if anyone has something new on how to mitigate the effect of temps on our running.
Echoing that electrolytes are important with the agua. Nuun tablet or two per day with water has helped me. The heat and humidity will have training effect too, so not all bad.
