Nick inspires young runners and hosts fun meet ups for them. You may hate him but he has definitely built enthusiasm around the sport. He knows how to build a brand, and any publicity he creates overall is good for the sport (track could use a lot more). I was at th eBrooks PR meet 1 year and NS was there but he was more concerned with stuffing this face then mixing with the kids. If NS is not the center of attention he doesn't want anything to do with the event. Nick is all about Nick.
