The volume is high in the workouts, usually 8-10 miles on the strength day, and done at around LT pace. There aren’t combo workouts. One day is speed another day is strength. Most of the athletes run in the 90-100 mpw range. A few of the more injury prone are lower. A few are a bit higher.
There are actually quite a few combo workouts in there.
