If you are a highly motivated high school runner who is in need of a coach for this upcoming season, I am willing to write workouts and coach you, only if you currently do not have a coach. Previously I coached a high school sophomore for his track season and he had personal bests in the 800 (2:05, previously 2:10), 1600 (4:37, previously 5:02) and 3200 (9:52, previously 10:19). I focus on starting the development of a runner while they are in high school by building an aerobic base with aerobic endurance focused training, that way you can be successful as a high school athlete, but you will not be "maxed out", or burnt out by the time you go to college.
