Obviously these are very different distances,
But generally speaking, what can someone running 5:05 mile, out of 25mpw expect to run on a 5k ?

About 18:15-18:30 because of the low milage.
Otherwise with more miles sub 17:30 is possible (with same mile shape).
I'm more of a miler, so the faster my mile was the slower my 5k was. Recently, I trained for a 5 min mile. I know, but I'm old, so cut me some slack. I ended up running exactly 5:00 in my mile race. The next weekend I raced a 5k and ran an 18:45.
Fast forward a year and I trained for a 3k. My mileage was about the same (25-30 mpw) but my mile time was around 5:10-5:12. I ran an 18:18 5k, though.
Generally, a low 5 guy should be able to run low 18s.
Need more training information. I run 25mpw that includes 2 quality days. I can only run a 5:45 mile but 5k at 18:15. So you could be as fast as 17 minutes or as slow as 19 minutes.
Those are very good times for a HS girl. You should ask your coach to see if you can train with the boys.
I'd say probably around 18:00 on an XC course. Idk how much faster it'd be on a track.
I played competitive basketball my 9th grade winter, ran a 5:02 1600 in track that spring, ran 10-20 mpw that summer, then an 18:12 5K in XC 10th grade fall.
I was mostly sedentary my 9th grade winter, ran a 4:58 1600 in track that spring, ran 20-30 mpw that summer, then a 17:40 5K in XC 11th grade fall.
* mostly sedentary my 10th grade winter I mean

There is no generally speaking correct answer.
If you are a
51.xx/1:58.xx5'10" 185 lbs. 400/800 guy, you will not break 19 minutes and you should not bother trying.
If you are a
61.xx/2:08.xx5'10" 130 lbs. 400/800 guy, you should be able to run sub-17 5K.
If your 400/800 times and your weight is in between my two examples, somewhere between sub-17 and slower than 19 minutes.

Short of getting a Garmin 245 to tell you (lol, see the following discussion for reference):
https://www.letsrun.com/forum/flat_read.php?thread=10071499, one can perform McMillan's marquee 5k predictor workout, which I mention in that thread, and repeat here:
McMillan Running marquee 5k Predictor workout: 5x1000m.
https://www.mcmillanrunning.com/best-5k-workout/Per McMillan: If you can perform five 1000-meter repeats at your goal 5K pace in the last one to two weeks before your race, you will achieve your goal time. Period.
