Thinking of doing this summer without taking any off days, instead replacing them with insanely slow 3 mile jogs. I’ll take an off day if I feel completely awful or if I feel an injury. Has this been done before, is it usual? I’m going into junior year and I’m aiming to hit 60’s end of July so I’m building up my mileage. Should I do this? I’ve gone long periods without a rest day using this strat before and I haven’t felt bad.
