So I just recently ran my fastest 5k at 18:45, which I was really happy with. I was really pushing and ran pretty even splits. I'm starting to think I might have peaked as far as how fast I can actually run, (unless it's a flat out sprint). My question is, can anyone get faster, and if so what does that training look like. I run the usual mile repeats, tempos, etc. but is there some secret on magic formula to getting the legs moving quicker?
