Been running between 30-40 mpw for about 2 months now. PRs of 17:50 and 4:55. Last week I did this workout:
2 mi @ 10k - 6:15
1.5 mi tempo - 6:23
1 mi @ 5k- 5:57
1.5 mi tempo - 6:23
With 2 min rest in between reps. Felt pretty damn good throughout the whole thing. I don’t have a coach so I don’t really know what I should be doing, but hoping someone can give some tips on how to get into PR shape
