Oregon would be best for you.
I agree. Oregon would be much better. Arkansas has weird giant bugs.
If your British you won't get scholarship money at Oregon with Vin in charge. Not sure about Michigan though. Arkansas will give you money if your good enough. That would be your best bet. Butler is the place where a lot of Brits go. Providence College is another option but more Irish kids there.
The average summer temperature is Fayetteville is in mid-high 80s for a high and mid-high 60s for the low. In the coldest month: January, temps range from a high of 50 to a lower of 33 (Fahrenheit).
In Ann Arbor, summer highs are low 80s and summer lows are high 50s/low 60s. In the winter, highs are low 30s and lows are in the teens.
So, the Arkansas summer isn't that much worse than the michigan summer but the michigan winter is much much worse than the arkansas winter.
In Arkansas, you can train in the evening when it's coolest and its not bad at all thanks to the low humidity. You can also train most of the winter outdoors.
Considering how well you spell the name of what is assumedly your OWN FREAKING COUNTRY, you've got Arkansas written all over you.

As someone from Missouri I have to say that going to Michigan in the summer would be like a weather vacation. As far as the winter, however, yeah ... like you said.
In my opinion, michigan for sure. Doesn't get much colder even tho it's farther north, especially if you're in the eastern part of the state.
