Recently have done well in raising my mileage into the mid 70s. I have been at this for 5 weeks now, and am starting to feel some pain. Well let me correct that. Starting to feel some soreness. Both of my legs are very sore, and tight, even though I have been stretching. Does this soreness go away? Do I need to press further on, and just wait until I feel good again, or should I cut back? This was not a dramatic raise for me, and I have no injuries, I am just extremely sore.
