So a week ago I decided to race with a slight sore throat because it hadn't gotten any worse for the 3-4 days before that. Well next day it's a full blown cold so I take a few days off and very easy. Come Thursday I'm feeling 100% so I work out like normal but nothing intense but right after and ever sense then my lungs feel like I just race really hard at really high altitude (I'm at sea level). No real cough, my lungs just feel torn up and their not getting any better.
Has anyone had anything similar? This whole week of training has gone to hell and it's really pissing me off.
