My guess

There are 14 minutes between the end of the steeple and the Womens 100 and they still feel the need to show PV athletes talking to their coaches instead of an actual race going on. Its pathetic, not paying for Peacock again next year.

They’ve now spent more time showing replays of the SC than they spent showing the race live.
