I don't think so. There wouldn't be any interest for non US streamers. You'd need a vpn or peacock if you can get it.

Being a running fan just sucks. We deserve better. Esports manbabies have unlimited, free access to high quality, lag free tournaments with free VODs and even get REWARDED for watching with various in-game nonsense. Meanwhile we have to pay 10$ to some piece of sh*t website to get a blurry, laggy video of Rupp's ass.

A lot of time on peacock if you click before the broadcast starts it won’t start when the broadcast does. You have to click on it after it’s actually broadcasting
