Just started another thread about the weather. If Tuohy and Valby were otherwise equal in neutral conditions, I'd give the edge to Tuohy given the weather is going to feel like sub 30. Tuohy from NY vs. Valby from Florida.

Katelyn Tuohy herself ran 145-155 speed ratings in her freshman year of high school.
Jenna Hutchins ran very similar ratings in her freshman year as well.
One year later and Tuohy is easily running 170 to 177 speed ratings which is at least a minute improvement after already being a middle school phenom…(she wasn’t undertrained).
By Astro’s definition of suspicious improvement this is suspicious improvement.
