I do believe that's Seb Coe's new trans policy, you can be packing and enter in a women's event but anything over 4 inches and you're racing with the men.

So the graphic said the green light is 12:50 pace. That mean 3k in 7:42.00.
One thing different about this versus things in the past is with the pacing lights, things should be almost dead even. I'm not believing the 2:34-2:31 thing they keep talking about.

It drives me nuts how the stat sheets don't list the runners indoor pbs. They act like they don't exist so then Tim Hutchings looks like a fool for saying Fisher doesn't have a sub-13 pb.

Yeah... they need to understand the early laps of these fast time trials are often interesting because you see how fast they'll really try to run
